Rockstar announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album. 34 original tracks, six streaming now
On September 17 Rockstar and Atlantic Records published Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, a 34-track collection of original songs dated to November 19. Six singles are streaming. Rockstar still has not named a radio station, a DJ, or an in-game Spotify feature.
Rockstar Games announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album on September 17, 2026. The Newswire post and the music page on rockstargames.com/VI describe a 34-track collection of original songs, dated to November 19, 2026, the same day as the game. Atlantic Records is the label partner. Six singles are streaming now. The other 28 titles have not been named.
That is the confirmation the September 15 artist posts and the September 16 Spotify billboards were pointing at. It is still not a radio station list, and it is still not Spotify inside the game.
The six singles Rockstar named
Credits below follow Rockstar’s own music page. Pitchfork, IGN and Eurogamer add that Travis Scott’s track is produced by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo. Rockstar does not print that producer line on the page.
| # | Track | Credit, as Rockstar lists it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | That’s It | Yung Lean, feat. Future and Metro Boomin’ |
| 2 | RHYNO | Travis Scott |
| 3 | Sexy Magic | CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, Pink Pantheress, Fred again.., Etienne de Crécy |
| 4 | Last Thing You Need | Morgan Wallen |
| 5 | Macacoa 2000 | Rauw Alejandro |
| 6 | Bright Lights, Big City | Keith Richards |
All six are on the pre-save / listen link. AFP, writing up the same drop, describes Richards’ track as a recording of Jimmy Reed’s blues standard. Rockstar still files the whole album as original tracks, which in this context means new recordings made for the game, not that every composition was written from scratch.
PinkPantheress is on Sexy Magic. That settles the hedge we carried on September 15, when ComicBook attributed a yacht post to her and GTA Boom would only call the account PinkPantheress-linked.
Physical copies exist. The game still does not ship on a disc.
The album is for sale as a CD and as vinyl. The game is still a download code in a box. US prices reported by IGN, Push Square and Best Buy:
| Format | US price | What they describe |
|---|---|---|
| CD | $19.98 | Two discs and a booklet |
| Vinyl | $49.98 | Two transparent magenta discs with blue splatter |
| Limited-edition vinyl | $124.98 | Two transparent magenta discs filled with blue liquid, exclusive packaging |
| Best Buy exclusive vinyl | $49.98 | Clear pink with purple splatter, plus a 12x24 poster |
The official store is gtavi-thealbum.com. TechRadar and the European storefront both reported the limited-edition vinyl sold out the day it went up. Rockstar dates the album to November 19 with the game. IGN and TechRadar list physical copies shipping November 20.
Retailer exclusives (Amazon, Best Buy, HMV, Blood Records and others) are colourway and poster variants of the same 34 tracks. They are not extra songs.
What this still does not confirm
- Radio stations. No station is named. No DJ is named. The album is original material. GTA radio has historically been a separate, mostly licensed library. These 34 tracks are not that library, and they are not proof they will play on in-game radio rather than as score, in-world diegetic music, or a companion record.
- In-game appearances. Travis Scott’s September 15 caption still does not credit a character. Nobody on this list has been announced as a cameo.
- Spotify inside GTA 6. Spotify is one of the streaming services carrying the album. A streaming home for a record is not an in-game playlist feature. The billboards from September 16 have not been upgraded either.
- The other 28 songs. Rockstar has not published the rest of the tracklist.
- Trailer 3. Take-Two’s shareholder meeting the same day did not include one. Coverage of that meeting is Take-Two restated November 19.
Licensed songs already heard in trailers, and the Extended Look identifications with the limits attached, stay on the soundtrack page. The six singles join that page as album tracks, not as a station list.
