Grotti Cheetah Classic

Wearing the wedge of a Ferrari Testarossa, the Cheetah Classic draws its nose from the 328 and touches the 512 BB in its wider lineage. The Cheetah name reaches back to early GTA, where it already served as the series' Testarossa, so the "Classic" badge deliberately leans on that heritage. Screenshots and Trailer 1 placed it among the row of exotics on a Vice City thoroughfare.

Of every car in the GTA 6 database, this is the one with the strongest claim to belong in a Miami analogue, and the reason is television. Ferrari launched the Testarossa at the 1984 Paris show with a flat-12 engine and a body by Pininfarina whose defining feature was a set of long horizontal strakes running down each flank. They were not styling. Ferrari had moved the radiators from the nose to the sides, and US regulators would not allow an uncovered intake that large, so the opening was split into slats. The car ended up almost two metres wide, which was extraordinary at the time.

Then Miami Vice put a white one on screen in 1986. The show had been using a replica Daytona; Ferrari reportedly objected, and supplied Testarossas in exchange for the replica being written out. The white Testarossa against pastel Art Deco became the visual shorthand for the decade, and a Vice City built on that iconography without a Testarossa analogue would be missing something obvious.

The GTA 6 specifics stay thin. The car is visible in official footage. Rockstar has not named it, has not published performance figures, and has not indicated whether it is player-ownable or set dressing.
