More entrepreneur than enforcer, Dre'Quan Priest is a former street dealer whose real goal was always the music business. Rockstar's bio is blunt about it: even while dealing to get by, breaking into music was the plan. He co-runs the label Only Raw Records with Boobie Ike, the Vice City mogul revealed alongside him.
His introduction came with the second GTA 6 trailer in May 2025, part of the cast reveal on Rockstar's site. The tagline "Only Raw... Records" doubles as the label's name and a nod to his hustle. Vice City, Rockstar's Miami analogue, gives the music-industry angle a real anchor, echoing the hip-hop and label culture South Florida is known for. Real Dimez, the rap duo also revealed in Trailer 2, are signed to the same label, which suggests Dre'Quan sits near the center of the game's music scene. His role in Jason and Lucia's story has not been detailed.
