Named directly in Rockstar's official copy, Little Cuba is the Cuban-American quarter of Vice City, its streets lined with panaderias and Spanish-language signage. The name and cultural framing come from Rockstar rather than fan speculation, making it one of the confirmed named neighborhoods inside the city.
Its real-world basis is Miami's Little Havana, the district along Calle Ocho that has been the heart of Cuban exile culture in the United States since the 1960s, known for cafecito windows, cigar shops, and domino parks. The GTA series drew on Miami's Cuban community before in the original Vice City, so the name continues that lineage in the new game. Beyond the neighborhood's look and the businesses Rockstar highlights, no story or gameplay tied specifically to Little Cuba has been confirmed, since the game does not release until November 2026 and Rockstar has kept mission detail under wraps.
