It was identified in Trailer 2 within Vice City's regular traffic. Maibatsu serves as one of GTA's Japanese manufacturer stand-ins, which fits an Eclipse-style tuner coupe. As a budget-tier sports car in past games, the Penumbra has typically sat at the accessible end of the roster, though Rockstar has confirmed nothing about its GTA 6 pricing, performance, or tuning. What holds up is the real-world Eclipse basis and the model's carryover from GTA V, both consistent with how the car has appeared before.
