GTA 6 Trophies and Achievements List

GTA 6's trophy and achievement list is not out yet. See how PS5 trophy tiers and Xbox Gamerscore work, plus what to expect at launch on Nov 19, 2026.

SixShore · Updated July 22, 2026

GTA 6’s full trophy and achievement list is not public yet. Rockstar publishes these lists at or very close to launch, so this page fills in with the real names, tiers, and Gamerscore values on release day, November 19, 2026. Until then, here is an honest primer on how the list will be built, based on how Rockstar has structured every recent game.

About this pre-launch draft

No official GTA 6 trophy names, counts, or point values exist yet. Anything claiming a complete “leaked” list right now is guesswork. This guide sticks to confirmed platform rules and prior Rockstar games, then updates in full the day the real list drops. Bookmark it and check back on launch day, or follow the SixShore news feed.

PS5 trophies: the four tiers

PlayStation splits every trophy list into four types, ranked by how hard the task is.

  • Bronze. The most common. Awarded for basic progress and simple tasks.
  • Silver. For bigger milestones or moderate challenges.
  • Gold. Reserved for the toughest or longest goals.
  • Platinum. A single capstone trophy you earn by collecting every other trophy in the base game. Most large retail games include one.

Each type adds points toward your PSN profile level, with bronze, silver, and gold worth progressively more and the platinum the big payout. GTA 6 on PS5 will almost certainly include one platinum, since every major Rockstar single-player release has had one. The name and the exact tier breakdown stay unknown until launch.

Xbox achievements and Gamerscore

Xbox uses one system instead of tiers. Every achievement awards Gamerscore, a number of points that stacks onto your single lifetime total across all Xbox games.

  • A base game’s launch list almost always totals 1,000 Gamerscore.
  • Developers set the name, requirement, and point value of each achievement.
  • Post-launch updates and DLC can add achievements above the base 1,000.

There is no platinum equivalent on Xbox. Completing everything simply means banking the full 1,000 from the launch list. Expect GTA 6 on Xbox Series X and Series S to follow the standard 1,000 Gamerscore pattern at launch.

What a GTA trophy list usually covers

Rockstar lists reward a mix of story, exploration, and skill. Prior games are the best guide to the shape of the GTA 6 list.

  • Story milestones. Completing key missions and finishing the campaign.
  • Side content. Activities, minigames, and optional missions across the map.
  • Collectibles and exploration. Finding hidden items and covering the world. Expect goals tied to the Leonida map and its locations.
  • Skill and combat challenges. Tasks built around vehicles and weapons.
  • Online. Rockstar has historically added a separate batch of online trophies through updates rather than at launch.

For scale, Red Dead Redemption 2 shipped with 51 achievements, or 52 counting the PlayStation platinum. GTA 5’s platinum is called “Los Santos Legend,” and Rockstar expanded that list over years through updates. GTA 6 is likely to lean on Jason and Lucia’s story and the wider feature set, but no confirmed GTA 6 titles or totals exist yet.

Platform notes before you plan

GTA 6 launches on PS5 and Xbox Series X and Series S only. There is no PC version at launch, so there are no Steam or Xbox-on-PC achievements to chase on day one. A PC port is expected later but is undated. See the release date guide for the full platform breakdown.

Trophies and achievements do not carry between PlayStation and Xbox. Earning both the platinum and the full 1,000 Gamerscore means two separate playthroughs on two systems.

How to prepare now

You cannot pre-plan specific trophies that have not been revealed. You can still set up for a clean run.

  • Plan for at least one full campaign playthrough. Story completion always anchors the list.
  • Watch for missable content. Rockstar games often hide one-time challenges inside missions.
  • Keep manual saves. They help if a collectible or timed event needs a redo.
  • Decide early which platform you want to complete, so your effort counts toward one profile.

If you are still choosing an edition, the pre-order guide breaks down what each version includes.

When the full list goes live

Rockstar typically reveals the trophy and achievement list within days of release, sometimes on launch day itself. When that happens for GTA 6, this page updates with the real tiers, every confirmed name, the platinum, and the full Gamerscore total. Until then, treat any complete list as unverified.

Expect the real GTA 6 numbers at or near launch on November 19, 2026.

Will GTA 6 have a platinum trophy on PS5?

It is not officially confirmed, but a platinum is near certain. Every major Rockstar single-player release on PlayStation has included one platinum, earned by collecting every other trophy in the base game. The name and tier breakdown stay unknown until the list is revealed.

Can I earn GTA 6 achievements on PC?

Not at launch. GTA 6 releases on PS5 and Xbox Series X and Series S only, so there are no PC achievements on day one. A PC port is expected later but has no announced date.

When will the full GTA 6 trophy and achievement list be published?
